2008-2009 Lower School Friday Lunch Order Form

This year, we will be using Taco Time, Pipeline Subs, Pipeline Pasta, and Pizza Pipeline for our Friday lunches. In order to continue to offer the convenience of having restaurant lunches delivered each Friday, we have to keep the ordering process as simple as possible by taking advance orders for the entire year. You can choose any or all of the restaurants listed below. NOTE: Once you have signed up for the Friday Lunch Program, you can not make any changes to your orders and there will be no refunds issued for any reason, including absences. For Friday field trips, we will make every effort to deliver the lunches to the field trip location, or apply the prepaid amount toward any meal to be purchased on the field trip.
