Burns & Saucier 2nd at State Track Meet

Senior Alicia Burns scorched around the track in the 400 and 200 meters earning 2nd and 5th places, while Alex Saucier, in her first year high jumping, placed 2nd at the 2B State Track Championships held in Cheney on May 28-29. Other standouts on our girls' team included freshman Taryn Stamper placing 6th in the 3200 meters and Katie Johnson 8th in the 800 meters. The girls' team finished 13th overall. The boys were represented by Nate Graham, Stephen Burgess and Alex Ramm Hutchinson. Stephen placed 8th in the 800 meters, and Alex was 8th in the 1600. An impressive finish to the SGS track teams' season!
